Prof. Oliver Curdt completed his studies of music transmission/sound engineer with the main subject clarinet at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold. This was followed by numerous jobs for record companies (including Deutsche Grammophon, Decca, BIS Records), recording studios, opera houses and radio stations in Germany and abroad. Since 2003 he has been professor for sound engineering and sound design in the Audiovisual Media course at the Stuttgart Media University.
