Pop Academy graduate wins Bronze Art Directors Club Award

Popakademie graduate Hermann Schepetkov has won the Bronze Award of the Art Directors Club Germany in the category Overall Audio Price.

The graduate of the Popular Music program was honored for his scoring of a film by Vincent Urban. He won the award together with the music house 2WEI and Max Neumeier. The client was the Hamburg-based advertising film production company 27KM Entertainment.
The film by Vincent Urban is a portrait of the landscapes and culture of Russia. The music is an interpretation of the Russian folk song "Polyshko Pole" (Composer: Lev Knipper, Lyrics: Victor Gusev) in the style of 2WEI and Schepetkov, the project of Hermann Schepetkov.
2WEI is a music house responsible for many game and movie trailers and various advertising music.

The Art Directors Club is a professional association of art directors from the advertising industry. The Art Directors Club Germany was founded in 1964 with the aim of representing interests, improving creative performance and promoting young talent. This includes the annual presentation of the Art Directors Club Award.
