Urban Elsässer
Development of artistic personality
Urban Elsässer studied psychology at the University of Cologne and classical guitar at the Musikhochschule Rheinland in Aachen. He was a scholarship holder for jazz composition at the Hochschule für Musik in Cologne (with Bob Brockmeyer) and currently plays Fender Stratocaster with Urbanproject (Alternative Pop) and the jazz quartet artdefakt (Prix Italia contribution of the ARD broadcasting companies).He looks back on many years of experience as a reviewer and supervisor in the field of psychoanalytic and learning theory diagnostics and holds seminars and lectures in the field of process-oriented coaching as well as creativity seminars for teams and coaching for musicians and bands.
