Peter Falke

Sound engineering, studio, live sound

After his active time as a guitarist and keyboardist in countless formations and his studies of communications engineering, Peter Falke started to be interested in the technical side of music at an early age. Soon, fellow musicians asked him to record their demo tapes or mix the bands live. The hobby turned into passion and out of it a profession.

In his work, his versatility is evident time and again. He is at home in many musical styles - from classical music to jazz to pop, hip-hop, rock and metal. He is in demand live as FOH and monitor engineer for acts such as GLASHAUS, Moses Pelham, Sabrina Setlur, Die Prinzen, Michael Patrick Kelly, Cae Gauntt, Kosho, 4 Your Soul, Edo Zanki, Königwerq, SWR BigBand, Klaus Wagenleiter Trio, Jazz Open Stuttgart, Enjoy Jazz, Palatia Jazz, Maifeld Derby and many more. At the same time, he has always worked in the studio with Edo Zanki, Florian Sitzmann and Matthias Kiefer on productions such as Afrika!Afrika!, Söhne Mannheims, André Heller, Nena, AvenueQ (German musical version), Gerd Vierkötter Quartet, as well as countless indie releases.
