Markus Born has been working as a mixer, engineer and producer since 1985. Until 2005 he was a freelance engineer and in 2006 he founded the small audiowelt music production network in Sandhausen near Heidelberg together with Dennis Kopacz and Marcus Wüst.Musically socialized as a guitarist in indie and rock bands, his focus is on productions with live bands in studio and mixing. Stylistically he prefers to work in the border areas and intersections between pop, jazz, experimental acoustic music and electro.
